Eligibility Requirements

To be considered for any position with Lifeline Medical Transport, the following is required prior to application submission:

Emergency Medical Technician Requirements

State of California EMT certification OR
Ventura County EMT certification
Valid California Driver's License
Original Department of Motor Vehicles H-6 Form (no photocopies)
BCLS CPR certification
Department of Motor Vehicles Ambulance Driver's certificate
Department of Motor Vehicles Medical Examiner's car
ICS-100 (Available at fema.gov)

Paramedic Requirements

State of California Paramedic license OR
Ventura County Paramedic certification
Valid California Driver's license
Original Department of Motor Vehicles H-6 Form (no photocopies)
Advanced Cardiac Life Support certification
Pediatric Advanced Life Support certification
BLS CPR certification
Department of Motor Vehicles Ambulance Driver's certificate
Medical Examiner's card
